Welcome to our Indent Order process!

Our indent orders give you the chance to secure stock of our most loved, repeat best-selling styles in fresh and existing colourways — styles we no longer carry day-to-day. These pieces are exclusive to the indent process and are only available to order for a limited time.

• A more sustainable approach as we produce only what’s ordered, avoiding excess stock
• Helps you plan ahead and order the exact quantities your business needs
• Secure new & best-selling styles before they’re gone (no restock stress!)
• Only a 30% deposit required at checkout, giving you flexibility to take pre-orders or deposits from your customers and lock in sales

Please note the important details below, to make sure you are following the process and avoid missing out:

• These opportunities are only available within certain timeframes - so make sure you keep an eye on our emails
• To secure your order, purchase the desired sizes/amount through our website via the Indent Order tab here
• Indent items may be purchased with full upfront payment or a 30% deposit. Payments made in full cannot be changed or refunded.
• Standard MOQ requirements apply to all indent orders.
• Indent items are only available during the open indent window and cannot be purchased once it closes.
• You will be notified before dispatch if there are any price changes on production.
• If a deposit is selected, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch. Orders will not ship until paid in full and final shipping charges may be adjusted at dispatch if required.
• No refunds will be granted (including for ETA changes, overlooked timelines, or change of mind).
• No exchanges are available, as items are manufactured specifically to order.
• Indent items must be ordered separately from in-stock products. If you wish to order in-stock items, we can create a separate delivery and waive any MOQs.
• If minimum production quantities for a style/size are not met, we reserve the right not to proceed. You will be given the opportunity to increase quantities; if still unmet, a full refund will be issued for that portion of the order.

As soon as we have received and taken stock of the shipment we will make sure to pick and pack and get your orders organised asap. The final payment will be due once the stock arrives at our warehouse and your order has been packed for shipping. Once the payment has been finalised and received, the order will be dispatched with the chosen shipping method.
