WHOLESALE T&C'S
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ's) are currently 20 pieces for first orders and 30 pieces for any following orders.
- Please reach out to your Wholesale Manager at b2b@lunalae.com for changes in MOQ, change in the address after order is placed, change in the payment method, etc.

- The recommended pricing limit for wholesale is 5% less than Lunalae's RRP. The RRP can be found in the description box of each item labelled 'Retail Price'.
- If there are stock issues with any items after the order is put through, the customer can choose between a change in style/size or credit note. For out of stock items, Lunalae will not process refunds.
- Wholesale discount is not applied on Dancing Dust, Koala Grip, Pleaser Shoes or Griptinite products.
- Lunalae will not cancel orders and process refunds based on change of mind, delay of dispatch, returned packages by carrier or customer.
SEPTEMBER SALE T&C’s
- All items in SEPTEMBER SALE are final sale - no returns or exchanges on any of the items
- Standard MOQ applies - 30 items for repeat orders and 20 items for first orders. The MOQ can include Sale and Non-Sale items
- If we are unable to fulfil any items in your order, you can exchange it for another sale item in stock at the same value or you will receive a credit note at the WS sale price. Our Wholesale Manager will reach out to you if any of the items are unable to be fulfilled in your order.
- Lunalae must be notified of any faulty items within two (2) months of the invoice date. Notification of faulty items after two (2) months of the invoice date will only receive replacements. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- There is no recommended pricing limit for the items included in SEPTEMBER SALE
- Please allow for longer than usual dispatch times as we may receive higher than usual number of orders.
Christmas Pre-Order T&C's
- These styles can only be purchased via pre order, they will not be in stock to purchase outside of the pre order dates.
- A 30% deposit or full payment will be required at the time of check out
- The remainder 70% payment is required before orders are shipped
- Orders will be ready to ship for an end of October/early November delivery
- If there any changes to shipping costs, you will be notified before sending
- There will be no refunding of deposits for change of mind
- Your orders may be shipped directly from our warehouse in China to you, as we begin to set up our 3PL systems.
- If you add styles that are currently in stock to your order, they will be shipped to you immediately with a separate shipping charge
- Your minimum order remains the same - 20 units for your first order, 30 units thereafter and this can include both pre order and in stock pieces.

- Indent Order items can be purchased for full price upfront (full payment) or for a 30% deposit. No refunds will be given if Indent Order items are accidentally purchased for full upfront payment.
- The same MOQ requirements apply for Indent Orders as for all other orders.
- The Indent Order items can only be purchased during an open Indent Order window with these items. They will not be available for purchases after the Indent Order window closed or before it opens again.
- The final payment of the Indent Order (if deposit payment was initially chosen) is due before the order is dispatched. The order will ONLY be dispatched once full payment is received.
- No refunds will be given in any case, example due to failing to notice the ETA details, change of ETA or change of mind.
- No exchanges will be possible as the products are manufactured according to the orders placed.
- If Indent Order items are ordered with available items, the backorder T&Cs apply with the MOQ being 8 items to be shipped separately once all available, otherwise they will be shipped with the following order.
- If not enough order quantity for a style or size is achieved, we reserve the right not to go ahead with the production here. You will get the opportunity to add on to your order for the particular style/size and if the order quantity is still not reach you will be fully refunded for that part of your indent order.
CLEARANCE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All Clearance Sale items are final sale - no return or exchanges on any of the items.
- Lunalae must be notified of any faulty items within two (2) months of the invoice date. Notification of faulty items after two (2) months of the invoice date will in no case receive refund or credit but only replacement. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
- MOQ of sale items is 30 items for repeat orders and 20 items for first orders. The MOQ can be achieved by selecting Sale and Non-Sale items. If the MOQ of sale items is below the required minimum, your Account Manager will reach out to you before dispatching the order.
- You will not be able to back-order any of the sale items. If we are unable to fulfil any items in your order, you can exchange it for another sale item in stock at the same value or you will receive a credit note at the WS sale price. Your Account Manager will reach out to you if any of the items are unable to be fulfilled in your order.
- If any non-sale items incoming for restock are included in the order, the usual backorder T&Cs apply here.
- There is no recommended pricing limit for the items included in the Clearance Sale.
- Please allow for longer than usual dispatch times as we may receive higher than usual number of orders.
